UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE VISITOR: Good afternoon.  I would speak with you for a 
moment about the magnificent presence, the loving attitude of the Divine 
Minister that which you know of as the Mother Spirit Nebadonia, the bride of 
Christ, the Third Source and Center, Divine Minister.
It is this perspective that I will give you today on which to call to focus 
your mind - the reality of the ideal attitude of a mother for her children.  

Certainly you have observed the animal plane of existence and seen the many 
ways in which the child, the offspring, is reproduced and subsequently tended 
to by the parent, most often the mother but occasionally by the father.  The 
tender care that is given to lion cubs and baby seals, spiders and tortoises, 
all these animals have an element of the Divine Minister in and through the 
first adjutant mind spirit that will oversee their eternal quest for 
survival.  This is inherent in all the animal species. 

And so when you discuss the mother of your society these days, you recognize 
the maternal attitude which will forever regard its offspring as an offshoot 
of its own nature to survive, yea, to reproduce, multiply and replenish the 
earth.  And so in the animal it is indeed built in, but what of the more 
divine legacy of motherhood as it hails from Divinity?  It is as a Divine 
Minister and ministry is a concept that will mean different things to 
different people at different times in their lives.  

We will have a discussion this afternoon by one of your regular teachers that 
may embellish your appreciation of my reference to different levels, but 
assuredly Our Mother Nebadonia is as caring and tender-hearted a mother as 
ever you knew as a mortal babe, nor does her affection diminish as you 
mature, as you rise to a semblance of spiritual adulthood, for always and 
forever will you be Her progeny.  

And so when you acknowledge that a mother is a state of mind and being that 
will never end, it is true; and yet it is unfair in assessing a Divine 
Minister to assume that all of her qualities are wrapped up in her 
individual, independent relationship with her child, for she is mindful of 
the inter-dependence that is inherent in procreating, even spiritually, and 
this involves a Michael Son, a father figure for her children.  That is to 
say, their sons and daughters.  

And in the relationship that exists between Michael and Nebadonia there are 
worlds of interests that precede the parenting experience, just as your 
teacher Rodan of Alexandria has indicated - in the pair marriage it is the 
relationship between the husband and the wife, that sacred human association, 
which provides the foundation for the family life which follows their coming 
together and agreeing to be together for the duration of their existence.

In light of the greater capacity of the Divine Minister it is inherent, too, 
that she provide certain needs which will be because the Michael Son has need 
of her, as she acknowledges her need of him.  And so if you can, when you 
observe aberrant attitudes on the part of your earth mother, remember that 
relationship between the bride and the bridegroom as exemplified by Michael 
and Nebadonia and as reproduced On High in the Material Sons and Daughters 
for the worlds of time and space, that there is more to a Divine Minister 
than "Mom".  There is an administrative and co-creative entity having 
supernal capacity and wisdom in her own right even before presenting her 
universe with progeny.  

If your earth mothers are not living up to the ideals of parenthood, remember 
the deficit they suffer under.  They have had no guidance, not the ideal 
example as worlds who have not known default.  Perhaps you will need to begin 
to parent your parent inasmuch as your eyes have seen the glory of your 
Eternal Parent and Its approach to creation.  I will leave you now in good 
hands.

GROUP: Greetings, Paulo.  Hi.

PAULO: Good afternoon, loyal people.   Loyal to truth, beauty and goodness.  
Loyal to your commitments.  Loyal to your aspirations to climb to greater 
heights of understanding how to live an effective life in the spirit while in 
the flesh What a challenge you have indeed, by your very existence.  It is a 
supreme pleasure for me to be a part of your learning and growing experience 
and to help guide and counsel you in your way of learning how to do His will 
in your lives.

Well, yes, of course, we have been observing your lives and eavesdropping on 
your preliminary conversations, and I am "the expert here on rebellion".  I 
smile when I describe myself as an expert on rebellion as it has a definite 
negative connotation to those of you who have been subject to the whim of 
Lucifer, but remind you the terminology also fits when you rise up against 
spiritual oppression.  

One of the great things the Master taught was to turn the other cheek.  The 
attitude not of a sissy but of one who would return good for evil in such a 
way as would be understood, but you in your culture have deemed this to be a 
situation of submission, a docile attitude which would impart a willingness 
to become "a doormat" or an inanimate object to be walked upon en route to 
getting where one would want to go.  

It is an unfortunate understanding indeed, for where have we ever indicated 
that our Michael Son was anything less than potent and noble?  Indeed you are 
in the arena, in the world but not of it. "In it" in that it is a drama that 
is experiential, in which enlightenment is made manifest.  When you have 
encounters in your arena with others who have not permitted a relevant 
god-consciousness to be a part of their mainstay, there will be conflict on 
occasion, and opportunities to plant seeds in the soil that is unearthed in 
such a conflict.

The Master was active, a participant, a worker, having due diligence and able 
to bring the light of truth to the arena wherein he found himself.  When you 
are in situations of spiritual oppression, it is an opportunity for you to 
bring the Master into the situation and allow his light to give a new 
illumination to the dark patterns of cultural conditioning and historicity.  

You were discussing the mota not long ago about stars. {Mota #13: "Stars are 
best discerned from the lonely isolation of experiential depths, not from the 
illuminated and ecstatic mountain tops.] This is where the work is, the 
furrows wherein the seeds are planted.  If you were to be a compliant and 
subservient tool of the material reality you would have no need to fight the 
good fight of faith.  Yes, Jesus would return good for evil, but so can you 
extend the light of truth into Urantia by revealing to your fellows the 
reality that you perceive because of your alignment with divinity and they 
will in turn, in time, perceive your truth as you reveal it and, to the 
extent that it is aligned with the light of truth, they too will see with 
eyes to see.  The motive is the factor.

There are those students who complain that when we teachers speak we are too 
vague, but I remind you that even the Master when he was here spoke in 
parables which allowed for your interpretation of what is said, and those of 
you who seek to know will find, and those of you who regard us as obscure 
will remain removed.  For when you seek, you find.  And when you knock the 
door is opened unto you.  And in the arena, it is often the case that a knock 
on the door of reality is done blindly and in bungling, but none-the-less it 
is a cry for help and a yearning to be revealed as a beloved child of Our 
Mother Nebadonia and Our Father Michael.

Yes, these children yearn in their soul to know who they are and have fear of 
the unknown, but you who have already made this sojourn know what struggles 
are involved in attaining the circles, are in a position to put your insights 
into practice, even experientially as you pass by, demonstrating at once a 
flicker of what might become a flame of faith.  To rise up against spiritual 
oppression is appropriate rebellion, but always remember your mission and 
allow spiritual power to be your sword.  

Alright, I think we've cleared up a couple of things that were presented by 
your coming together, so you can see how your very existence can benefit your 
community, even your greater community as these words reach out into Urantia 
and become food for thought and nourishment for reality en route to 
recognition by the Supreme.  Are there comments or questions or a desire to 
take the podium?  All of you are inherently welcome to share this platform of 
teaching and preaching, inasmuch as it is our supreme pleasure to be here 
with you and to help you become teachers in your own right and to bring the 
light of truth to Urantia.
