Dear Gerdean and others,

Thea has just pointed out to me that my last line here is somewhat
ambiguous. I used Gorman as an example of a midwayer working in Michael's
administration, one whom he might well have had contact with at the time of
his bestowal. What I was trying to say here was that these types of
administrative decisions don't seem to have much to do with us human
beings, and that Michael probably didn't clue his apostles in on the
administrative plans he made with the Celestials about his planetary
government.
