You bring up something I have always wondered about - at least from the
time beginning with the teaching mission.  This transcript answers a
small part of the question:  Now that the lucifer rebellion has been
adjudicated, have the Most High observers been withdrawn?

I would guess that a Most High observer is still resident then because
Urantia has not fully been included into Norlatiadek?  I would dearly
love to hear a seminar given by the teachers on Urantia's new
government.  I am ready for such an earfull.  Revealing that structure
now would be just plain interesting.

If government structure is not to be revealed today why did the UB
bother to give us so much detail on its structure yesterday?

Could it be that Michael may use Urantia as an administrative center for
mortal ascension (reference: divisional HQ of the Archangels)?  Could
the Most High oberver be given a permanent slot on Urantia because of
these changes ?

I'm fascinated by the possibilities although I am the first to admit
these guys (more formally, "my superiors") operate far above my pay
grade and understanding.
