Thanks to you Thea for this administrative information.

Some quick thoughts:If we still had our garden we would have all learned
about this in our civics classes and taken it for granted.: ) As it is here
on Urantia, without the established and normal order of things, there are
going to be many things that are now called on to be as you said
"creatively" handled, making us an even more unique planet in the history
of Michael's creation.

 But I find it is one of those issues of curiousity that may not be very
important to us, personally. Aside from the fact that I, too, like to check
with the UB on thing of this nature, the book seems to me at this point in
time somewhat obsolete. When the book was written, nobody knew WHEN the
Lucifer trial would end. I believe it has and changes ARE and HAVE taken
place in adjustment to it, such as a new dispensation, etc, but many of the
UB readers do not and would not consider the teachers messages accurate.
Doubters abound.

  This is something taken on faith. I am excited about Michael's plan but I
think it will be a continuing point of argument between us in the mission
and us NOT in the mission. Saying this, I am aware that it may be very
offensive to some of the staunch UBlievers ( who said that word? I loved
it! )  when I go about declaring knowledge of celestial activity and
administratative changes that the book does not back with anything but
conjecture.

 I see in this that the way that I might share this information could
result in alienating those who do not have a trust level built up in the
sources that we share here. I do not believe that we should hide all of our
knowledge under a bushel, and I do not want to be thought of as being
afraid to share what I know and learn about the Father and the help
availabale to all of us now, but I see that sometimes the core message of
the Father's love and the teachers's assistence could be undermined if we
use these things as reasons for our beliefs. They are scaffolding for my
system but may become walls of division  between us and the rest of the
world if we use them as special knowledge to try to prove we are right.
There will always be those who want proof and will spend all their energy
arguing about it. How can we prove the Trial is over? Can't.
	I loved the piece from LinEl from the last conference:
"We would rather you never speak to us if you would only spend five minutes
in your quiet time every day. We are here to point to the Father. Don't be
distracted by the finger."

I quess I am thinking of the administration of the planet as the hands that
guide and protect us. Speculation is fine but I do not want to get too
distracted by what the hands of God might be doing. Discussion is not bad,
I am not saying that at all, but I see it may become...no, probably already
IS...a point of contention with us as seen from outside of the mission.
There are secrets aand levels of secrets in the universe and much we are
not shown until we are ready. There is also that admonishment about human
curiousity that always bothered me! : )

The thing is, I never quite put this together before for myself about my
proclamations that the Trial was over, from my early contact days.I thought
of it as good news and was naively surprised when it was laughed at.I am
left with the question: How important are the administrative facts in
relationship to our spiritual growth and the developing connection to the
Father and to ourselves?

These discussions may be like the content of some of the stuff Michael
talked about quietly over the campfires at night. I remember that he told
many about the greater universe beyond this world for their personal
inspiration, but he did not take that information out to share with the
uninitiated crowds the next day. He said "My Fathers house has many
mansions'...yes...but he did not say things like: "Hey, guys, as I was
talking to The Father and Gabriel last night  we decided to put the
Midwayer Gorman to work with the life carriers for when those spontaneous
miracles happen..."
