[tmtranscripts] Please help to restore connection!

Since the beginning of May I stopped receiving transcripts without any
visible reason.  Several times I tried to subscribe again but this did not
work.  Please help me to restore connection!  Sorry for posting this massage
here, I know I should not do this; however, it looks like nothing else
works.
