telling you about life, life as a learning experience, for this is truly =
what it=20
is all about.  There are =
many things=20
in life that say, =E2=80=9Cnot this way,=E2=80=9D because they are =
unproductive or they are=20
painful, or the repercussions from them are too negative, too =
detrimental to=20
proceed with them, even if they are in the far distant future.<SPAN=20
style=3D"mso-spacerun: yes">  What many of you do not =
realize is that=20
every day is an opportunity to learn more, to learn more about =
yourselves, where=20
you came from, your family and how to provide a wonderful learning =
experience=20
for your children and grandchildren. =20
If all people were to do this, your world would be changed =
significantly=20
in one or two generations.
 <o:p></o:p>
There is a pernicious =
=E2=80=9Cme-ism,=E2=80=9D=20
the selfish ego-centrism most individuals have in life, seeing that they =
are=20
blind to their narcissism.  =
They are=20
blind, seeing the world is at their doorstep for them to use, that =
=E2=80=9Cthe world is=20
their oyster.=E2=80=9D   =
This is not=20
so, for you are an agent of change yourself, an agent to change for =
yourself and=20
for others.  You are an =
agent of=20
change for yourself because you are conscious of yourself; you are aware =
of=20
yourself; you are aware that some of your actions are unproductive and =
in fact,=20
destructive.  When you go =
deeper you=20
learn that some of your attitudes are likewise as detrimental to your =
progress,=20
to learn to love yourself and to learn to love others.<SPAN=20
style=3D"mso-spacerun: yes">  And when you dig further, you =
will=20
discover in your unconscious thinking those worldviews, mental images of =
how=20
your world as you think it should be are operating.<SPAN=20

this world=20
that are inappropriate.  =
Many of=20
you, however, have learned positively; you have learned that this world =
is a=20
place of learning, a place to come to know yourself and to know and to =
trust in=20
God when you ask for that guidance, when you ask for opportunities to =
reveal to=20
you the way ahead in your life. =20

We would advise you =
to examine=20
all that you do.  It =
begins first by=20
being conscious of yourself, aware of yourself, aware of your strengths, =
aware=20
of your weaknesses and attending to those. =20
This is all in preparation for the afterlife, for when you arrive =
on the=20
mansion worlds.  You will =
not know=20
where you are to begin with in the resurrection halls.<SPAN=20
style=3D"mso-spacerun: yes">  Soon you will become =
acquainted and=20
slowly you will regain your memory, much like a person who has been in a =
coma,=20
who has been unconscious for a period of time.<SPAN=20
style=3D"mso-spacerun: yes">  There, you will reconstruct =
your life=20
and find out where you are, how you got there, what your surroundings =
are and=20
what is in store for you.  =
This part=20
of your life now is the awakening, the awakening of your consciousness, =
to be=20
aware of yourself as a child of God. =20
And as a child of God, God has provided you with a school to =
learn how to=20
become a spiritual adult.  =
And, as=20
was mentioned earlier a few weeks ago, you are going to learn how to =
become a=20
Citizen of the Universe.  =
This is=20
quite an accomplishment; it is very much a part of becoming fused with =
the God=20
presence within you, your Thought Adjuster.<SPAN=20

a Citizen=20
of the Universe you have learned the lessons, that you know the way, and =
that=20
you have achieved a significant stage in an evolved process of becoming=20
perfect=E2=80=94and that means becoming a creator.

First, I have a =
couple of=20
questions about your initial comment in our last session.<SPAN=20

we are seeking to develop processes within your organizational =
structures that=20
provide feed-back to its long-term goals.=E2=80=9D =20
What did you mean by, =E2=80=9Cprocesses within your =
organizational=20
structures=E2=80=9D?

style=3D"mso-spacerun: yes">  One of the processes I wish =
you to=20
understand is that your organizations need to have within processes to =
act as a=20
=E2=80=9Clearning organization.=E2=80=9D  Much has=20
been shared with you about learning organizations by this one and his =
mention of=20
The Fifth Discipline, by Peter Senge.<SPAN=20
style=3D"mso-spacerun: yes">  This is a wonderful book that =
has many=20
discussions in it that are useful to you as individuals, as well as to=20
organizations.  Your world =
will not=20
improve until you see your world and all of your organizations as =
learning=20
environments, and that for them to become truly productive to =
individuals, they=20
must develop their internal processes to learn from their own =
experiences.<SPAN=20
style=3D"mso-spacerun: yes">  Now, this is a much more =
evolved concept=20
of organizations than many of you have had heretofore.<SPAN=20
style=3D"mso-spacerun: yes">  Good corporations learn from =
their=20
experiences and have within them internal processes for weighing and =
evaluating=20
their successes and their failures, then installing written productive=20
procedures to assist that organization to have further successes.<SPAN=20
style=3D"mso-spacerun: yes">  
 <o:p></o:p>
This has been =
mentioned by=20
numerous contemporary writers but it still remains out of the mainstream =
of your=20
societies.  These learning =
processes=20
are particularly adapted to democratic societies.<SPAN=20
style=3D"mso-spacerun: yes">  Democratic societies accept =
that the=20
organization can be amended by those who participate in them, those who =
are=20
citizens, or shareholders, or subscribers. =20
You know from your own experience that feedback from clients, =
feedback=20
from patients, feedback from subscribers =
and=20
service receivers can provide a wonderful way of accessing the learning =
curve=20
for an organization to become more effective, efficient and =
profitable.<SPAN=20
style=3D"mso-spacerun: yes">  
 <o:p></o:p>
We are in the early =
beginnings of=20
trying to help you establish in your non-profit organizations, those=20
governmental organizations which assist in the large-scale organization =
of your=20
societies to become learning organizations.<SPAN=20
style=3D"mso-spacerun: yes">  Your democracy will not =
survive unless=20
it begins to learn from its mistakes. =20
To isolate the learning process as invested in only a few people =
at the=20
top, whether it is in your state governments or your federal =
governments, is a=20
mistake.  That leaves your =
whole=20
organization too vulnerable to so few individuals who may be are =
unreliable, who=20
can be highly influenced by the fads, fashions and changes of culture =
that=20
occur.  To rely upon the =
guidance of=20
535 individuals in congress, and to their memories and their wisdom, and =
to make=20
right decisions for the future, is a gross mistake.<SPAN=20
style=3D"mso-spacerun: yes">  
 <o:p></o:p>
The vicissitudes and =
fragility of=20
the mortal mind is too susceptible to wrong influence.<SPAN=20
style=3D"mso-spacerun: yes">  Organizations must have within =
them=20
processes that are wisdom-gathering, where they learn from successes and =
from=20
failures, and then instill those lessons in their policies and =
procedures so=20
they can proceed ahead successfully. =20
All nations in the world at this time are particularly =
susceptible to=20
rapid social change.  =
There is also=20
the factor that your world will soon undergo even more rapid, but =
destructive=20
changes [such] that many nations will not survive.<SPAN=20
style=3D"mso-spacerun: yes">  Governments must have in place =
ahead of=20
time processes for assisting communities to survive.<SPAN=20
style=3D"mso-spacerun: yes">  
 <o:p></o:p>
This is what we are =
working on at=20
this time.  Our attempts =
in the=20
Correcting Time are to assist [you] to be prepared for those tremendous =
societal=20
changes, so that before, during and afterwards you can begin the process =
of=20
reconstituting your societies and social organizations so that they are=20
positive, constructive and lead towards an enlightened society, not just =
for=20
those who believe, but for everyone. =20
It is by this means that your world will come into the days of =
light and=20
life, even for those people who do not believe, for the best societal =
policies=20
are those that are good for everyone, not just the select and the few, =
those who=20
think they are chosen.

This is not cyclical but circular, and so we need to have a =
feedback=20
system installed in your organizations.=E2=80=9D =20
What did you mean, =E2=80=9Cthis is not cyclical but =
circular?=E2=80=9D
 <o:p></o:p>

style=3D"mso-spacerun: yes">  Cyclical is much like a sine =
wave on a=20
graph, that you see the ups and the downs, you see the cyclical nature =
of your=20
economy as you go from prosperity to recessions and repeats itself and =
repeats=20
itself.  A good learning =
system=E2=80=94even=20
in an economy of national scale=E2=80=94has a process in which it learns =
from that=20
cyclical nature, so that there is feedback from the peaks and there is =
feedback=20
from lows that inform the economists what policies are needed to =
maintain a=20
steady era of growth and improvement. =20
Many investors in your nations are very pleased to see this =
cyclical=20
nature because they understand that it allows them to =E2=80=9Cbuy low =
and sell high,=E2=80=9D=20
and so they repeat that process, and they feed upon that.<SPAN=20
style=3D"mso-spacerun: yes">  Yet, for the vast majority of =
your=20
populations, this is a very detrimental process, where individuals =
during=20
prosperous times buy houses, cars and accrue indebtedness.<SPAN=20
style=3D"mso-spacerun: yes">  When the cycle goes down into =
a=20
recession, they are unable to pay for these and lose their homes and =
cars.<SPAN=20
style=3D"mso-spacerun: yes">  This is highly destructive to =
the moral=20
and emotional fiber of a society.
 <o:p></o:p>
A circular process =
feeds itself,=20
it is a spiral upwards.  =
Looking=20
down upon this process you would see the circularity of it as that =
spiral goes=20
round and round.  But from =
the side=20
you see it going around and up, and this is as it should be in all your =
social=20
organizations.  Doing so, =
there is=20
continuing improvement in a steady state, rather than the cyclical =
nature of ups=20
and downs, which are as destructive as they are positive and =
constructive.
 <o:p></o:p>

style=3D"mso-spacerun: yes">  Okay, I think I understand =
now.
 <o:p></o:p>
MONJORONSON:<SPAN=20
style=3D"mso-spacerun: yes">  It is a process as you say, =
where you=20
incorporate the learning processes within an organization so that rather =
than=20
having its ups and downs, it continues to improve in a steady state, by =
learning=20
from its successes and its failures. =20
At the same time, organizations cannot experience failures and =
successes=20
without taking risks.  =
Risk is=20
inherent in improvement.  =
Risk is=20
the possibility that leads to a steady state.<SPAN=20
style=3D"mso-spacerun: yes">  Risk is what is necessary to =
develop=20
intimate, loving relationships, where you are vulnerable to the trust =
situation=20
with another.  You get to =
know the=20
other and so you reveal yourself to the other and you risk doing so, for =
the=20
other individual could use that information in a harmful way.<SPAN=20
style=3D"mso-spacerun: yes">  But when they use it in the =
positive=20
understanding way, you feel safe and are willing to risk some more, and=20
therefore the relationship improves over time.<SPAN=20
style=3D"mso-spacerun: yes">  This too, is a simple example =
of a very=20
small, two-person organization, and you can see the same phenomena =
occurring in=20
even a multi-national corporation, or a large organization of some sort. =

I=E2=80=99d go =
further and say that=20
feedback requires that the feedback process becomes institutionalized in =
the=20
organization, meaning that it is formalized, and that it is accepted and =

recognized as not just as an accoutrement to the organization, but a =
highly=20
important internal process that leads to greater profitability and =
success, or a=20
service to individuals in a more highly effective way.
 <o:p></o:p>

positive.

questions about politics, and perhaps get your viewpoint on where our =

positions on public issues.  =

private issues, when people are in the public view.<SPAN=20

work, we are=20
interest-based.  We pay =

attention to the interests of our enlightened position, as you might =
say.<SPAN=20
style=3D"mso-spacerun: yes">  There is only one position in =
the=20
universe and that is God=E2=80=99s position. =20
This is the position of enlightenment; this is a position of =
discovery;=20
this is a position of growth; this is a position of ascension; and =
lastly, it is=20
a position of service.

When you have only a =
singular=20
position, then your interests are all united.<SPAN=20
style=3D"mso-spacerun: yes">  When you take the interest of =
ascension,=20
for example, then all efforts must apply towards that.<SPAN=20
style=3D"mso-spacerun: yes">  You may take the position of a =
mortal,=20
who dismisses this as unimportant in their personal life.<SPAN=20
style=3D"mso-spacerun: yes">  Another mortal individual may =
say this=20
is vital to their life, their happiness and their eventual =
accomplishment of=20
being embraced by God in Paradise. =20
Therefore, you see the interests of all who are in the ascension =
plan are=20
similar: they are God-centered and they are in service and =
learning.<SPAN=20
style=3D"mso-spacerun: yes">  Those who are not in this =
interest-base,=20
do otherwise, of course.  =

We do not argue about =
this in the=20
morontial or spiritual or eternal realms. =20
It is not an arguable thing. =20
The argument or position-taking, or politics, as you are so =
familiar=20
with, are extremely wasteful processes. =20
They lead to adversity; they lead to competitiveness, and =
competitiveness=20
leads to separation and isolation, which is the opposite of everything =
that the=20
universe and all of us strive to accomplish.<SPAN=20
style=3D"mso-spacerun: yes">  It is highly useful, however, =
in our=20
sessions of speculation, as I have witnessed among my junior staff, to =
speculate=20
about this or speculate about that, and they will advocate one position =
or=20
advocate another position, or maybe four or five advocated =
positions.<SPAN=20

You see, in your =
political=20
situation, you have taken competition to an extreme, where it is highly=20
unproductive to the good of your society. =20
We would rather see your interests become advocacy-based, which =
would=20
lead to inquiry.  If you =
advocate=20
one position or one outcome, or one way of proceeding ahead, then it =
offers the=20
other person in discussion the opportunity to inquire.<SPAN=20
style=3D"mso-spacerun: yes">  You will find if you search =
for=20
=E2=80=9Cadvocacy and inquiry,=E2=80=9D you will come up with some very =
wonderful managerial=20
developments that will be useful to you in your own organizations.<SPAN=20
style=3D"mso-spacerun: yes">  Politics is not a useful =
social process=20
as democracies evolve and mature; it becomes highly wasteful of human =
and=20
material resources and oftentimes takes the course of a nation or =
community in=20
the wrong direction.  We =
would=20
caution you of evolved and maturing democracies to look askance at that =
process=20
and to see your way clear to adopt a new method.
 <o:p></o:p>
You will see in the =
coming months=20
and years, a change of this whole process as becoming more and more =
unproductive=20
and more and more divisive with continuing internal struggles within =
your=20
nation.  You have seen =
this before=20
and you must learn the lessons of history that internal political =
struggles can=20
be highly destructive, can be highly deadly to large portions of the=20
society.  You have seen =
this so=20
clearly, even within the last decade in other nations, where tribes of=20
individuals wantonly slaughter members of other tribes, who they think =
are=20
different.  This is not =
where we=20
want your societies to go.  =
If you=20
note within these United States that there has become more embittered=20
position-taking by the political parties, which is leading your country =
into a=20
nation which has become inattentive to the hazards around you because it =
is=20
obsessed with its own internal political struggles.

I appreciate your =

have taken you far, far afield from what I think you have intended in =
asking=20
it.  I hope it is helpful =

profitable to you.

willing to jump through the hoops and take the positions that other =

take, in order to better themselves in our society.<SPAN=20

the future, rather than a two-party system or an adversarial system, we =

process of, not debate, but of presentation of argument from one =

making a direct recommendation to your political process this year.  We are not interventionists =

So, anyone who is interested in reframing their campaigns must do =
