We're excited.  The conference is coming together well, with Barry Bartlett now coming from New Zealand, the creator of the Universal Flag planning to attend, who is working with James Twyman on this project and Faith Rivera.  We're hoping to have a flag ceremony at the beginning of the conference where we can have their flag, the Concentric Circles flag, and maybe even a Common Ground flag displayed throughout the conference.  

Lots of old friends and new have been registering in the last couple days, so we look forward to a great time.  

We will let go of our guaranteed rooms as of tonight at midnight.  This doesn't mean you can't get a room later, but there is no guarantee.  Other groups and weddings will be on site that weekend and could gobble up the rooms, so we recommend getting one soon if you can.

Also, there are now cottages available, although earlier they said they didn't have any.  If you put a deposit on a more expensive room, and want to change, please call them back and do so before they're gone.

There are many people who are in single rooms.  If you have a room to yourself and want a roommate, let us work with you to get someone in the room with you.  Contact Eugenia on that at the address below, if you want that.  Sharing will reduce your fee.  Especially after the early bird rooms are gone there will probably be some wanting to come and we can team them up with those who want a roommate.

Call 1-816-251-3540 for room reservations.  Say that it's for the Association for Light and Life conference to get the discount rate.  (You will still need to pay registration fee to us, but this will get your room reserved.  If you make a room reservation but want to pay registration fee later, let us know when you can pay and we'd be glad to honor the early bird rate.)  
 

For simplicity's sake, you can send the $35 registration fee per person ($50 after March 31) made out to ALL Conference Fund, to Eugenia Bryan at 2343 Ranch St., Lawrence, KS  66047.  Or you can pay online with card at www.lightandlife.us under Donations, putting in the memo that it's for the conference.
