Topics:  We are fortunate to be here now in these times of immense change.
                Despite the news reports the 
world is progressing little by little.
                The Teaching Mission is entering a new phase.
                We should adopt the practice of training/teaching others.
                This is another level of service 
to God and is also for our own evolution.

Questions:  Are we to teach them spiritual truths 
we have learned from the Urantia Book
                         and/or the Teaching Mission?
                    How shall we know who to 
choose, will they be brought to us?

Prayer, Donna:  Dear Father thank you for this 
time and this evening and this hour.  Thank you 
for our teacher JarEl.  Please help us to hear 
what message he has to bring us and help us to do 
your will Father.  Thank you for all of the 
blessings you have given us.  In Michael’s name, Amen.

JarEl:  TR, George.  Good evening.  It is I, your 
teacher JarEl.  It is good to be back again.  It 
is wonderful to see all of you on the beginning of this New Year.

You have been fortunate enough to be present in 
these times of immense change in the 
world.  Perhaps it is difficult for you to 
understand this change, but it is very apparent 
for us to discern it and to distinguish the 
qualities of how this change is progressing.  We 
see it in people, we see it in individuals, we 
feel it in their hearts.  All of this helps us to 
understand that the world is progressing, little 
by little, in a very positive fashion.  True, it 
is painful for most of you to see in your news, 
events so horrifying, that it makes you think 
that the world is retrogressing instead of 
progressing.  But it is not so.  Despite all of 
these terrible news events the world is 
progressing forward.  Consider most of what you see as sensationalistic news.

  The majority of good deeds that people do on 
this world are not reported upon and that is the 
picture that you are missing.  So the next time 
you begin to evaluate the state of this world, 
take into consideration all of those people who 
strive to make this world better.  Bring into 
your hearts and your minds those individuals who think and feel like you.

Each of you, whether you are in this room or you 
are reading this transcript, should bear this in 
mind.  In the coming years you should adopt the 
practice of training others for the future of 
mankind.  You should take under your wing an 
individual who is eager to learn and begin 
dispelling to them knowledge which you have 
acquired throughout your lifetime.  This will 
ensure the prosperity of the knowledge which 
exists.  All this must be accomplished within a 
period of five years and no more.  The reason I 
say this to you is because it is imperative that 
you share this knowledge with others.  But only 
when you have practiced the teaching of an 
individual, a pupil if you will, will this 
knowledge truly be shared.  It is up to you to 
determine how and when and where you will do 
this.  Every single one of you has your own way 
of teaching.  But it is important that you begin the teaching.

This is a new phase upon which we are 
embarking.  For a great deal of time have we been 
focusing on teaching you, our pupils.  But now it 
is time that you graduate unto another level of 
God’s service.  It is time that you embark upon 
this new level of understanding.  In doing so you 
will come to complete your mission on earth.  You 
will also fulfill your next level of 
understanding.  It is entirely up to you to 
embark upon this task.  But keep in mind that 
this is the will of the Father.  In your hearts 
you will determine whether or not you chose to 
follow the Father’s will.  There will be no 
judgment set upon you if you chose not to do 
this, but the rewards that follow such a mission 
are immeasurable, qualitative and quantitative.

Are there any questions with regard to this new phase of the Teaching Mission?

Donna:  Yes, JarEl.  When you speak of us 
teaching a student or being a mentor to someone, 
are we to be teaching them spiritual truths that 
we have learned through the Urantia Book and the 
Teaching Mission, or other things.  I presume you 
were talking about spiritual things?

JarEl:  TR, George.  When you select an 
individual, someone who you will teach, you will 
tailor for them the lessons which you have 
learned yourself.  You will tailor for them 
lessons which are contained within the Urantia 
Book and you will also tailor lessons that you 
have learned here in this Teaching 
Mission.  There are many lessons for you to teach 
such a pupil.  And, yes, your life experiences 
are lessons themselves.  It is up to you to pick 
and chose what particular lessons you wish to 
impart.  There is no direct or clear guideline as 
to how you are to instruct such an 
individual.  Your heart is the ultimate guideline 
and your level of understanding and your 
subtleness will determine how this individual is 
taught.  But keep in mind that when you chose to 
teach someone, you must be very clear of your 
goals for such an individual.  You will follow 
their life as long as you can and will continue 
with intimate contact with them as long as you 
can.  The whole point in this new mission is to 
impress on an individual of your choice ­ the 
light of the world and the light of God.

Are there any more questions?

Donna:  Individuals need to be 
teachable.  Individuals need to be searchers, 
seekers.  How shall we know which one we should 
choose?  Will they be brought to us?

JarEl:  TR, George.  Yes, that is exactly how it 
will happen.  They will be revealed to you.  The 
time will be right when you know it.  So do not 
worry who and when or where it will be.  Let the 
circumstances dictate who this person will 
be.  Allow for the natural flow of the universe 
to bring this individual to you.  All things work 
for the glory of God.  So all of the 
circumstances in which you live your life will 
eventually cross paths with the one individual 
who you will help.  There is so much more 
associated with this help, so many words that I 
can speak of.  But it will take forever to 
describe what an impact you will have on such an 
individual.  This new phase which you are about 
to embark upon will produce some of the 
brightest, strongest and most intelligent 
individuals that this world has ever seen.  Keep 
this in mind then, you are helping to bring this about.

Perhaps you yourselves are not these bright, 
intelligent, youthful people that will bring 
change into this world, but you are certainly 
those that are responsible for jumpstarting this 
which we ask you now to do.  It is a great 
deal.  It is very important and it is a huge 
responsibility, but it is also part of your 
maturing, part of your own personal 
evolution.  You all, at one point or another, 
need to teach another person.  Many of you have 
had children which you have taught, but this is 
entirely different my friends.  This is not your 
own child which you shall teach, this is a person 
that you will seriously consider someone that you 
think is ready and prepared to receive all of 
this knowledge which you have gathered for 
yourself.  But I ask you to trust your hearts in 
this matter for you will know the time and the person.

Lucille.  I personally thank you for bringing 
this forum together in your home.  This place is 
a bright spot in this world and it will continue 
to be a bright spot long after you have gone from 
this world Lucille.  Those who will live in this 
home after you have gone will feel such warmth and happiness because of you.

Lucille:  Well it is wonderful to have you and 
everybody here.  I enjoy it immensely.
