Dear List:

A word about clear channel:

Clear channel as I understand it is the ability 
to receive without changing the words or content 
of the original celestial message. The Urantia 
Book I believe utilized clear channel to transmit 
content of the Papers. The content was not 
allowed to be handled by humans either, but 
materialized as a document for 533's 
transcription. I expect, and am looking forward 
to clarification, that the clear channel is 
achieved through the liaison of one's Thought 
Adjuster much as the Thought Adjuster worked 
through the Sleeping Subject in Chicago.

They (the Most Highs or their spokesperson) may 
wish to explain what that requires from a mortal 
to do. I do not know, but I suspect that it 
requires the bypassing of the normal human 
control that is currently allowed. Because 
readers may not think they are attuned 
sufficiently you may wish to attend at the stated 
time any way. At your correct local time, find a 
quiet place without interruption, find your 
center, and await for reception. Those who are 
practiced will have a much easier time in 
connecting, but do not let that lack of practice 
deflect your interest in participating or keep 
you from listening in.

I also call attention to this 1996 discussion 
about pass-through communications then referred 
to as Reflectivation.

In March of 1996, teacher  Rayson forwarded a 
message from the Father Melchizedek offering 
encouragement to mission groups to form  a 
reflectivity corp of humans who will transmit 
messages “blinded” so that they may transmit 
reflectivity messages without knowing they do so 
to make them “tamper proof”. These messages will 
be transmitted through the more experienced T/R’s 
[See T/R News Network 4/96; Allene Vick, Editor; 
Pp 4 and 5; and on Page 7]

Are the Clear Channel techniques the same as 
Reflectivity Channel?  Maybe so, but if not, 
there is a common denominator as I see it:  The 
common denominator is the T/R who can pass on 
messages without using his or her vocabulary or 
his/her limited concepts to get in the way of the 
expression of the celestial's message.  In both 
cases the T/R will be giving up his accustomed 
control for the brief period of transmitting the 
message.

All of this is speculation, and we will all know 
better Thursday night.   My sense of it is that 
since Urantia has not established the normal 
listening outposts for planetary broadcasting, 
that they may have to rely upon a highly 
dependable human machine called a T/R placed in 
critical locations for disseminating 
proclamations and other important information to 
the public from the planetary government once the 
Magisterial Son is on mission.

We should expect a lot of changes in the way 
information is going to be handled once we have 
Monjoronson operating, and maybe in the teaching 
mission itself as it also now serves the 
Magisterial Mission, Michael, and Machiventa 
Melchizedek.  I see the T/R's as crucial to help 
become the voice of the Avonal Son, the Planetary 
Government, and maybe a word from Salvington once 
in a while.   The T/R's may  serve where there 
has been no or little communication development 
through a human.  I, with the rest of you, will 
be listening to what the Most Highs (or their 
spokesperson) have in mind with the Clear Channel 
technique and in what way they would like to see 
it established on Urantia for public service.
