Hi everyone,

Whew! This has been a busy summer.  I am just managing to sort
through the tapes I made of transmissions of the OK conference,
and the CA SpiritFest conference, and a few other sessions, and I
am beginning the task of typing them up.  My friend, Beth, is helping
me type, but I still have to do all the final editing, and typo
corrections.
As I get transcripts completed, I will post them.  Here is an excerpt
from the workshop I did with Olfana and Bethera at the National TM
conference in OK.  Olfana and Bethera seem to love affirmations. :-)

"Living Peacefully in a Stressful World" Workshop  06-24-00  Bethera

Bethera:  There are ways in which we can, indeed, understand that we
are not Children of God adrift in an evil and harsh world.  We are,
instead, Children of God in a world created by God!  This is, indeed,
the essential definition of ourselves.

I would like to provide you with some affirmations that I would hope
you can use as you move into a sense of prayerful petition when you
face the challenges of life:

God's Will flows through me with a force and power most appealing
to my heart.

I am one who answers the prayers of others.

I seek the gifts of peace and love as I offer these gifts to others.

I am God's Own, and I find joy in my creation.

My empowerment comes from my connection with The One Force of All.

Love strengthens me.  Love nourishes me.  Love defines me now.

I would ask you to take these affirmations, and any that strike you in
a very pleasing manner, I would ask you to create small cards which
hold these sayings, and place them in positions in your home where you
will see them frequently--on your refrigerator, on your bathroom
mirror, beside your bed, the bookmark for your favorite nighttime
reading, perhaps, even one on the dashboard of your car.

Affirmations are powerful ways in which you can, indeed, condition
yourselves, my dear ones, to be more "Visualizers of the Light," more
easily able to stay within this sense of the peacefulness that this
Light provides to us.
